I can access the NVR from a web browser on my computer but it just wont work on my phone, I tried calling support but the guy was a puzzled and told me to purchase the Plus version of the software to get it to work, that in turn led me to more problems, i cannot find it on Google play by searching for it but when i goggled it however, that’s when i find and follow the link right back to Google Play store, When i now try to purchase it, its saying that the software is not compatible with my Galaxy S4. The problem is that whenever I try to login to the 32 Channel NVR with built in 16 channel POE from my Samsung Galaxy S4 using the TechproSS Lite app, it keeps saying “Login Timed out” and if i keep trying it then locks the user saying “User Blocked” I am using the Admin account and i am on the same LAN as the NVR.
